We had an amazing stay here. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the large windows that let in lots of natural light. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and we appreciated their excellent service. The laundry facilities on each floor were very convenient and made our stay more comfortable.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It is close to everything the city offers, from cool laneway eateries to shopping districts and entertainment venues. Despite being a bit hard to get into via a narrow alleyway, once inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with well-appointed kitchens and modern facilities. The staff provide excellent service and ensure that rooms are serviced daily. Plus, being close to the CBD, I was able to easily explore the city and catch a show at the theatre.
The lift in the hotel is a bit slow, but it's just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Punthill Apartment Hotel. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. The staff were cute and professional, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and great amenities.

We loved the great location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from Flinders Street Station. It was so convenient to have access to transportation and be within easy reach of all the attractions and entertainment venues in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with stylish and well-equipped apartments that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great location, close to cafes and shops. Able to walk everywhere, including the river. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The entrance had several sets of stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. The room was slightly dusty and the bed was too soft.
